Returns&Refund Policy

We operate on a print-on-demand service, which means your bags will be freshly printed after you order from us. Therefore, please refer to the following policies carefully before making a purchase. To be eligible for a refund/replacement, please make sure that:
a: The product was received in the last 30 days.
b: The product has defective or damaged.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Since your order is custom printed just for you, we are not responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit or preference issues . We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. We have made available a size chart in each product page!


1. Order Modifications or Cancellation

You cannot modify or cancel your order on your end. After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact us and request order modifications or cancellation. After 12 hours, your order will have been put into production and can no longer be modified, except for your shipping address. We can still correct/modify your shipping address before we finish printing the product and ship it out (this process takes an average of 2-3 days). Therefore, please contact us ([email protected]) as soon as possible.


2. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. We only refund if the items are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM ?

Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. In some cases, you may be required to include a video or photo of the defective product for proof in order to refund or replace the product. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.
Returned items must be in original packaging, unused and not rinsed.
Non-returnable items include incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.
Returns made without receipt may be refused. Favorall.shop reserves the right to deny any return.You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

HOW LONG IS THE RETURNS PROCESS?

Processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the day we receive your return. We will email you to confirm once your return has been processed.For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products.

3. EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.The customer does not need to pay a restocking fee and any other charges.

If your item has not arrived within 30 days after having ordered, please contact us for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase.
